Description: What words should make your referral partners immediately think of you?

Every day, people in your network hear words and phrases that could signal a referral opportunity. The problem is, they may not recognize them as opportunities—or know where to send them.

In this fast-paced program, you’ll identify the simple “buzzwords” connected to your business that you want others listening for. An insurance agent might choose boat or motorcycle. A realtor might choose downsizing or relocating. Your buzzwords become little triggers that help others recognize opportunities they might otherwise miss.

You’ll then head into breakout groups to develop, refine, and share your own buzzwords.

Give your network the right words to listen for, and you might be surprised by what they start hearing.

Overall Event Description: This is a quarterly, one-hour workshop where we offer a 20- to 30-minute program focused on a particular tactic or strategy for generating more referrals. We then put participants into small breakout groups of three or four, where they can discuss the concept, share best practices, and learn from one another.
